Sales Leader South India F&B Segment
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies for South India in line with the company’s growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new customers in key sectors: power, textile, food & beverage, pharma, infrastructure & chemical industries.
- Promote and sell a portfolio of water treatment chemicals and solutions, including cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, RO chemicals & specialty chemicals.
- Build strong technical and commercial relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations based on customer needs and technical specifications.
- Work closely with the technical and service teams to ensure excellent customer support and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to provide market intelligence and improve go-to-market strategy.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in F&B segment.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales or business development in water treatment chemicals or industrial chemicals in a reputed company.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes and applications (cooling towers, boilers, effluent treatment, etc.).
- Proven track record of B2B sales success in the Region .

- Proficiency in English languages skills are essential.
- Good organization skills, strong detail and team orientation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self motivated, results driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively accross South India.
