Sales Representative

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The Sales Representative will be part of our Team in Italy and will be ideally located in Northwest, West of Milano as best location. They will report to the Sales Director South Europe. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical consulting and support to both existing and potential customers regarding water and process chemicals.
  • Drive sales growth within an industrial customer portfolio, actively prospecting clients in the Heavy Industry sector (Chemicals, Energy, Steel, Petrochemicals) and large Middle Market Industries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop tailored, value-added solutions that align with customer needs, including feed water preparation, cooling circuits, process water, boilers, hot sanitary water, reverse osmosis, and wastewater treatment.
  • Conduct on-site technical follow-ups, including product and equipment monitoring, sampling, physio-chemical analyses, commissioning, diagnostics, report drafting, annual assessments, and improvement planning.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Successful experience in water treatment & sales
  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineer, Science, Biology or equivalent professional experience
  • Basic knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Fluent in Italian with strong English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to serve as a key contact for both customers and the sales team
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong analytical skills to process data and provide tailored recommendations
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage customer interventions effectively
