Business Development Coordinator / Sales Representative Benelux (m/w/d)

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

  • Drive business expansion with existing accounts and new customers
  • Maintain and grow customer base, product mix, and pricing strategies
  • Contribute to business development and take on budget responsibility
  • Prepare forecasts and reports for management
  • Coach, mentor, and train Sales Engineers

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical or economical education / B.Sc. / Master of engineering in chemical engineering or comparable
  • B2B experience in water treatment, chemical, or process engineering
  • Proven sales achievements and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Willingness for extensive travelling in area of responsibility
