Business Development Coordinator / Sales Representative Benelux (m/w/d)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
- Drive business expansion with existing accounts and new customers
- Maintain and grow customer base, product mix, and pricing strategies
- Contribute to business development and take on budget responsibility
- Prepare forecasts and reports for management
- Coach, mentor, and train Sales Engineers
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Technical or economical education / B.Sc. / Master of engineering in chemical engineering or comparable
- B2B experience in water treatment, chemical, or process engineering
- Proven sales achievements and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)

- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Willingness for extensive travelling in area of responsibility
- Team spirit & ability to work autonomously
