Senior Technology & Market Manager

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Technology and Market Director of Business Development area (IMEA & LATAM), Kurita group is looking for a seasoned Technology & Market Development professional with experience in the Water Treatment Industry. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of industrial water treatment and added value selling. Experience in international projects, teamwork and key accounts management are also essential. The role might be based in one of our key European offices (i.e. Barcelona, Mannheim, Milan, Viersen) or it might be remote in a location with easy access to a major international airport (e.g. AMS, CDG, MAD, FRA, FCO, BCN, MUC, ATH, CPH, VIE, WAW, LIS, BRU, MXP, HEL, PRG, BUD).

You will join a multidisciplinary team being responsible to oversee and coordinate:

  • Senior level Technology & Marketing support to sales teams that manage key customers and global corporations at different commercial stages.
  • Lead and Promote Innovation with the current and new customers based on corporate strategy: CSV technologies, DBOO projects for wastewater reuse, digital tool adoption (KC360 & CRM), etc.
  • Support Sales Development team and support Kurita's strategy in the BD region across different market segments (F&B, Steel, mining, Refinery & petrochemical, automotive…).
  • Periodically visit IMEA & LATAM countries for on-site support of sales teams involved in key projects.
  • Work together with global teams and specialists if necessary - when a high-level technical response is required by customers.

 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the water treatment field in a role related to Sales Management, Product Management, Technical Marketing or in Senior Technology-related functions.
  • Excellent knowledge of industrial water treatment (CW, BW, RO, WW, WWR).
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Driving license class B.
  • Willingness to travel on business in IMEA&LATAM (for a few days).
