Senior Manager HR South

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Responsibility for leading the HR-team South including Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management:

  • Lead, develop, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Set clear team goals, deadlines and oversee day-to-day operation.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers in the handling of employee relations.
  • Ensure timely and responsible resolutions to questions or concerns; ensure legal compliance in Spain.
  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Support and coach leaders in the implementation of core people processes.

 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology or in a related field required 
- 10+ years of professional experience as an HR Generalist or Sr HR Generalist required, preferably in an international company
- Leadership experience
- Proficiency in written and oral English, further language knowledge is beneficial 
- Very good MS Office user skills
- Experience with relevant HR systems - ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- In-depth knowledge of labor law
