Senior Manager HR South
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Responsibility for leading the HR-team South including Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management:
- Lead, develop, coach, and motivate team members.
- Set clear team goals, deadlines and oversee day-to-day operation.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and managers in the handling of employee relations.
- Ensure timely and responsible resolutions to questions or concerns; ensure legal compliance in Spain.
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support and coach leaders in the implementation of core people processes.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology or in a related field required
- 10+ years of professional experience as an HR Generalist or Sr HR Generalist required, preferably in an international company
- Leadership experience
- Proficiency in written and oral English, further language knowledge is beneficial
- Very good MS Office user skills
- Experience with relevant HR systems - ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- In-depth knowledge of labor law
